"It was definitely a sight," Topher agreed. Topher's face fell, then. "I know how that can be. I actually struggled with it a lot when I was little, because it made me so different. But then my powers kicked in, and once I accepted I was a mutant whose natural hair colour was now a bright electric blue...well, you know. Everything else just fell right into place." Though he bleached his hair out blonde, not so much to hide it, but because until that point, he'd just always been blonde.
